Education Qualification
Chief Executive Officer (CEO):
- Graduate from a recognized university with CAIIB / DBF / Diploma in Cooperative Business Management or equivalent qualification. OR Chartered Accountant (CA), OR Cost Accountant, OR Post Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates having a higher degree in Banking, Finance, Law, Agriculture, Rural Economy, or Management will be preferred.
- Minimum 12 years work experience at the Middle/Senior Management level in the banking sector.
- Proficiency in Gujarati Language is mandatory.
- Appointment will be considered as per Fit & Proper criteria decided by RBI.
General Manager (GM) & Deputy General Manager (DGM):
- Graduate from a recognized university with CAIIB / DBF / Diploma in Cooperative Business Management or equivalent qualification. OR Chartered Accountant (CA), OR Cost Accountant, OR Post Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 10 years work experience at the Middle/Senior Management Level in the banking sector.
- Proficiency in Gujarati Language and Computer Literacy are must.
- Age Limit: Below 55 years.
